    At Sunbliss we use the beautiful La Marzocco espresso machine. This means that our baristas are carefully and skillfully trained in pouring velvety shots with beautiful crema, every time. We have a wonderful variety of specialty lattes, all created with handcrafted recipes and housemade syrups - all of which are delicious hot or iced!

    For those looking for more traditional espresso based drinks - we gladly offer all of the classics.

  • Cold Brew

    A testament to the quality of our beans is our best-selling cold brew! We offer two Cold Brew options: 24 hour cold steeped House Cold Brew & 48 hour slow drip Kyoto Cold Brew. Both options use the same house blend coffee beans however, the brewing methods bring out two different flavor profiles from the beans. The steeped House Cold Brew has sweeter tasting notes of almond & dark cherries while the Kyoto Cold Brew highlights slightly more earthy overtones of cacao & cloves. Both options are made with the highest quality filtered alkaline water.

    Our cold brew is so smooth that it is easy to enjoy straight-up. For those with a preference for a sweeter option, our Cloudy Cold Brews are a customer favorite!

Blue Top Lattes

You may have seen our signature blue latte and thought to yourself, “Wow, that looks amazing… I want one of those!” Lucky for you, we offer that beautiful blue topping on most of our iced specialty lattes! The beautiful blue color is a 100% natural housemade extract from a superfood flower that we import directly from Thailand! This flower is packed with antioxidants and has been traditionally used as a medicinal tonic to promote healthy skin, reduce inflammation and stimulate healthy immune function.

This blue topping is actually flavorless so you can enjoy a delicious specialty latte and potent health benefits without compromising on flavor. Cheers to health!

Matcha

We use ceremonial grade Matcha which is the highest quality matcha sourced. It’s 100% organic, puro and with no additives.

Lemonade

We make lemonade in house, made from scratch, with no artificial syrups or flavors... only real fruit in all our lemonades!

Chai

Our Chai is very special to us, we make this house-made from scratch. We brew our chai with fresh ginger, whole or freshly-ground spices, authentic assam black tea that takes 2.5 hours to make.
